Went in at 5pm, said they were able to do pedicures. Proceeded to make us wait for over and hour, was about to start and someone else walked in and they stopped and said we had to wait even longer. Another patron walked in and they said it would be over an hour to get to them, that customer asked if it was going to be an hour or an hour and a half like they know how these people are. Only two people working, they said the rest were on vacation. But seriously do NOT say you can take a walk in like you have time only to make them wait that long if you can’t do it! We would have had no problem coming back had we been told. This was our first time and absolutely last time.
Jennifer takes her time and is very thorough. She really cares about her customers and the work she does. Very relaxing and pampering environment. I would recommend!!
