I had an appointment on March 16 very early in the morning. I told Taylor that I want to dye my hair burgundy aka dark red. First of all, My natural hair color is really dark. So I told Taylor if you need to bleach my hair to make the color red I’m down to do it. But he answered that’s going to take too long. And he went back to prep the hair color but he NEVER asked me to show a photo of the color I want. So AFTER he came back I showed him a photo of the hair I wanted. I don’t think that was helpful because he just proceeded to apply the color that he already had on my hair regardless of the photo. I’m not sure how good his understanding of color is but I know that the color “red” can be really various. So, yeah, the result was a huge disappointment. I spent $150 to get no change. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hair salon. I had an appointment at 5 to get my hair washed and curled which they told me was 30$ on the phone and they said it would take no less than an hour “30 minutes top” they said on the phone. I got there around 4:50 and waiting for my appointment at 5 but my stylist had another client in the chair till about 5:30. She didn’t care about anyone else’s time and where I had to be. When I told her what type of curls I wanted she said she wasn’t even good at curling hair. So when it was finally time for me to get my hair done I had no time to even get my hair washed or curled so I had her just straighten it so I could get the hell out of there. It was the worst job I had ever seen, parts of my hair were not straight and overall horrible. When I went to pay they still made me pay 30$ to get my hair straightened for 10 minutes. I never got my hair washed or curled and I still have to pay for that service? This place is absolutely ridiculo

What I booked: Full body sugar scrub + massage (1 hr) x2 Soo let me explain my review. To set the scene, tomorrow is my partners birthday. I wanted to do something nice for her and a massage is an easy win….orr so I thought. I was all excited to book at a place with such a nice atmosphere and high reviews but the service described as ‘full body sugar scrub + massage’ is 93% sugar scrub and 7% massage which is not what I needed nor wanted. I cried for half my service because I was so upset. I left feeling like I wasted my time and money. I left feeling like I disappointed my partner. I left feeling like I never wanted to come here again. And to be transparent and fair, the atmosphere WAS nice. The staff WAS friendly and even apologetic but overall…I overpaid for a basic service (sugar scrub) and I still need a massage because the back pain I was hoping to relieve wasn’t even addressed. My partner also said that she thought it was nice but she didn’t feel she’d received a massage which w
