Echelon: Blow Dry Bar + Salon

I was very motivated to write this review as I have never, ever had an experience in a beauty salon quite like this one. When I walked in, I was immediately and kindly greeted by every employee in there. The owner is absolutely on top of her game and provides excellent, bar none customer service. I moved to OK last year and I don't have any friends yet. It was the most amazing feeling to not feel like a "client" and to feel like a friend. That is exactly what they provided for me. They were genuine and made me feel very special. The cleanliness is incredible and especially during this time, you want to feel secure. I had my makeup done, waxing and my hair done for my wedding anniversary. They are affordable and the quality for the price is unbeatable. I am not much of a review writer, but excellent customer service and excellent experiences deserve a shoutout. I would encourage every one young and old to go here.... and don't delay. My son bought a gift certificate from lush . I booked an appointment then they later texted and instructed to go to Tiatus, then the day before I was sent to Echelon. I guess these are owned by the same person. Echelon Spa is in an old dorm building. I made an appointment for Lush but ended up going to Echelon which was nothing more than a run down storage room. I got a facial in an actual old, empty dorm room. They charged me $685 even though I was quoted $350! I contacted the manager who never responded. I disputed the charge the cc company refunded my money and they charged it again. I had to cancel the card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Services: Pedicure, Hair coloring

Went in for a blow out. Came out looking ridiculous. Girl definitely did not know what she was doing. They also overcharged me by $35. I’ve called and talked to management who refuse to refund me so I paid $108 to look like an idiot. Save your money and go to a real salon. Terrible hair service. Terrible customer service. Terrible management. . I definitely disputing the $35 and getting my money back one way or another since they do not refund when they over charge. Beware. Watch your credit card bill
