I have been going to Whitney for four or five years. I called her and had to cancel my appointment because I was sick running fever and could hardly talk. They scheduled me another appointment for like four days later. I had never cancelled on her ever. She had cancelled on me 3 times. Once because she wanted to do something with her husband and the other two times was because she was sick. I went to have my hair colored every 5 weeks. Well she called me and told me she had a new cancellation policy that if you cancelled it was $50.00. I told her that I would just come on in but I was sick and running fever. She told me she had already scheduled someone else in my spot. I told her that I had never been told ever that if u cancelled that it would be $50. I guess she had never told me that because I had never cancelled in 5 years. First time there and I won't be back. My stylist was nice but not very knowledgeable, I did not get anything I had asked for. No layers and my highlights suck, they look like I did them myself. Pretty salon though
