I found this place based on reviews and it truly earns the great reviews. Kaitlyn did an amazing job on my hair, making sure it was exactly how I wanted it. Every customer was happy and either chatting with their stylist or sitting peacefully while the stylist worked, so it's a nice group of people who work there and go there.
I've gotten my hair cut one time here. I loved the girl that cut my hair and she did a great job. With that being said I don't understand why it it so hard to make an appointment? You have no online booking (heck your website is under construction and your fb is bare and says you aren't on booksy). When you call no one answers and when you stop by they ask if you have an appointment but don't stop cutting hair to help you make an appointment?! It's hard enough finding a stylist you like and then when you do but you cannot get an appointment because you cannot make one it's truly frustrating.
