Each time I go into the Broken Arrow location a dark haired tall woman/ girl follows me when I’m in the front of the store and sometimes elsewhere in the store. She’s loud and will loudly even try to walk up as much as to the front step of the store or as close as she can get to the cash register. She loud in welcoming me and each time I leave ( keeping account when I’m in and out), laughs and exchanges smiles with her other sales associates who are either standing with her or work with her at the brow bar and the worst part is that her associates follow suit. has been disrespectful like this for a long time. So, I decided to put this information up.Recently she followed me to the back of the store. She stayed around for quite sometime in the back as I looked for hair product. This was even after She asked me if I had a question but given her unkindness for so long towards me, I refused that I needed anything . Impatient judgmental vibe I would of spent few hundred in this store but I always want to see what reaction I ger when I say a lower price I will be heading back to merle norman where I have spent thousands of dollars already.

Mis-marked shelf tags. I scan tags EVERY DAY. There were three items, I checked the UPC code on the item with the shelf tag --$11.00. It rang at $15.00. When I objected at the register, the clerk said, "it happens." I left all three items on the counter. I shop at Ulta weekly. Guess I'll be going to Sephora. I know they have the same ownership -- but hopefully, I will find respectful sales personnel.
