Paula personally handled me and my sister-in-law. She listened to what we each wanted and followed through brilliantly. I plan on traveling the round trip of eighty miles to see her again! She was professional, but so kind and felt like I was talking to a friend. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
I had a 1pm appointment for a color. At 1:30 stylist still not halfway finished with person ahead of me. No apology offered. I made appointment on purpose because I had another appointment at 3.if my appointment with the stylist started on time I had plenty of time.. my time is valuable and evidently your company doesn't think so. I will never come back and will tell everyone I know how poor the service was at this store.
I am so upset right now. I went to get a haircut on break and the woman Buzzed me bald.i had to leave. I could not even finish my shift. Words cannot express my anger
