I worked with Whitney, she was lovely. She took the time to consult with me regarding a few images I had my eye on before we had even officially made an appointment. When I arrived for my session, she was quick to acknowledge my presence, greet me, and let me know she'd be with me momentarily. I was collected and brought back to her chair a minute *Before* my official start time. Whitney is not only charismatic, engaging, pleasant but knowledgeable and skilled in her craft. She checked in with me regarding comfort, [drink/food/pressure of the hair brush, comfort of the apron/smock, water temperature preferences etc.] She was great with communicating about how much color I wanted, how much upkeep I was looking for, and before we even touched product, she reiterated what I was looking to achieve in our session. 4 hours of hard work from her transformed my boring brown hair into a beautiful blend of blonde with purple peekaboo highlights. Dawn left the toner in for far too long so bits of my hair are PURPLE, not blonde. She also completely ignored the picture I showed her of MY HAIR that I wanted done and I ended up with a horribly off colored and too long shadow root. Never going back into that salon ever again...
