Lush Nail Bar

I've been going to this salon ever since they opened. I've spent thousands of dollars here, easily. I take my husband, daughter, neices, you name it. I've recommended it so many times. We do nails and pedicures. I typically get a Deluxe pedicure but I was in a hurry today. Doing my nails and feet at the same time, so I did a basic pedicure, or whatever they call it. The gentleman doing my pedicure charged me $5 more to remove shellac (whatever) but I left with SKIN FALLING OFF MY HEELS AND TOES. He used a pumice stone. I asked simply to not pay the $5 for the shellac removal and was told no. No "callus" removal with basic pedicure. What's the pumice stone used for? Massage? Shame. I loved my nails today. Also, my nails have broken the last two times with NEW SETS. I never complain, check my review history. I'll give someone else my money. Also, I still gave 20% tip, because I'm not a monster.
