Brooke's massage was life changing for me! I had messed up my shoulders and had a lot of other pain pretty much everywhere. The morning after my 2nd 90 minute deep tissue massage with her, I got out of bed and realized NOTHING HURT! I felt 10 years younger! I couldn't believe it! I still have more work to do on my shoulder, but now I realize how important massage is in taking care of my body and will be scheduling regularly for maintenance to keep feeling great. I have gotten my hair trimmed here before and they did a good job, so I returned again. The front staff and stylist were friendly and the establishment was clean and tidy. But they botched this perm... I spoke with the stylist for at least 20 mins upon arrival, going into extensive detail and discussion on what I wanted. She told me what was available/applicable for my hair type and the method she was going to use to accomplish that, and I agreed. The appointment proceed well, I thought. I followed all of her after care instructions (no washing, no brushing, finger-combing only, don't tie it up tight, etc.). Most of the perm didn't even last 24 hours. The parts that did were different curl sizes and patchy throughout my hair. I spoke with them and sent pictures of my hair. They only refunded me half the cost of the perm (I suppose because the patchy parts remained). The stylist's are nice but I won't be returning.
