Not super professional. Messed up my daughter’s hair pretty bad. Service: Haircut

I asked for this ombré look, and this is what I am left with. I sat in the chair for almost 7 hours for this and was nervous the entire time, The salon is a joke! I’m sure there will be excuses as to why my hair is now damaged and ugly! But the picture speaks for itself! I got highlights AFTER she dyed my whole head dark, Nothing about what they did would lead to the ombré outcome. Eventually Debbie left without any explanation to me and Veronica was stuck trying to fix my hair. I’m so disappointed in how this turned out. I paid almost $200 last week and look like trash! I honestly want my money back.

First: In Winter of 2021 I went in for a highlight or something for my hair. The stylist kept telling me that she couldn't do that, but she just wasn't confident in HER abilities. They then had multiple stylists working on me and I left their salon in 35 degree weather with sopping wet hair, and I hated the finished product anyways. I called and spoke to the manager who fixed it for free. Last night (10/4/21) I went in for a scheduled manicure appointment. I got there at 5:50 for a 6:00 appointment. The girl at the counter told me I was free to sit down or walk around or etc and they'd be with me soon. I took a seat, and then was left to sit there for 45 minutes with NO communication. No nothing. At 6:35 I got up and was deciding to leave when the manicurist came up finally and claimed to not know I was there, but then said she thought I was shopping.
