Not happy with my hair color after spending 3 hrs there. I called back the next day to share my experience, manager wasn’t in, never got a call back. Waited 24 hrs, called again, then was told Manager is out and won’t get a call back until Sunday (they’re off Friday & Saturday). Explained what happened, what was recommended, what was not explained. And then told for redo services i have to wait three weeks and they don’t offer refunds. My reason for getting my hair done was for a trip, now I’ll have orange hair for my trip. My entire experience wasn’t bad and I like the stylist, just nothing was communicated, and they’re not in any rush to make it right. What I wanted is nothing close to what I got. So if you’re not happy with your service, they won’t be going out of their way to make it right. Services: Hair coloring, Haircut
