I wish I could leave a great rating, my cut was great. This made it all the more puzzling that the shampoo and style technique sucked. Once shampooed my hair was twisted into a towel so tightly it pulled hair out and my blowdry was done without any heat protectant and at such a high heat it was burning my scalp. Service: Haircut

The worst salons to go and get a haircut. The owner of this joint is Rude, Condescending and Unprofessional. I had an appointment for a haircut, she called me and told me that I DO NOT come to her joint to get a haircut. About 3 months ago I had reviewed her, since I was not happy with the haircut with her stylist Danielle she did a rushed service was multi tasking, we talked and texted with each other and she told me that she will make sure she is not overbooked. What went wrong, maybe they both decided held it against me and told me not to come close to her joint. She even called on me to the Westlake Police, saying I was threatening her, but she was the one who threatened me not to come close to her joint. She has absolutely no manners how to talk to the customers, not sure how she can stay in business for too long. I have notified Groupon about her attitude, and I hope they will reprimand her of this attitude. She advertises on Groupon , but she does not want deals to be bought f
