I had a appointment for service hair color & cut by the new owner. When I arrived for my appointment on time, the new owner stated that I would no long be getting hair service from her. Asked her why she stated I don't like you as she laughed ! No phone call was made to cancel this appointment, I had been a client here for over 30 years under the previous owner and her. So very unprofessional. Not reasonable. A phone call could have sufficed however she wanted to humiliate me. And she did. There are words for her actions. Her laughing at me is what she wanted. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Hair coloring, Hair regrowth

I was able to make a appointment for the next day I was in need of a hair cut. Got there early and my appointment was able to start early. Got a nice shampoo and cut was so happy to get all that hair gone. The shampoo and cut only cost me 30 bucks. I was happy and will be back again.

Worst experience of my life! I came to this salon with THICK, LONG, BEAUTIFUL hair...what I was left with is horrifying. Madigan is the employee who did my hair, I came to her with extreme past trauma of my hair being cut way to short...as she saw me so nervous she asked if I was okay...I explained how terrified i was to have someone new do my hair and destroy it...she assured me I was in good hands....spoiler alert I WAS NOT....BEWARE!!! This woman was doing multiple clients at once when I arrived all while BLEACHING my hair...fast forward...she comes to rinse the toner out of my hair...tells me "sometimes blonde doesn't show up on wet brunette hair" UHM EXCUSE ME WHAT??? Yes it does I've had this done before...I left unhappy with the color...it was caramel...up to my roots...and not at all the balayage I asked for....My inspo picture was literally of my hair done the previous time... she covered it up told me the lighting was bad and even styled it for me. It was terrible when I got
