Had my very first appointment here with Charlotte to do a Japanese Perm she was amazing. She had a fun personality and a gentle touch but also efficient. All the staff there was amazing and personable. The only downside was there is a student working on my hair which is not ideal because her touch wasn’t as gentle. I get there are students who need training but her flat ironing was super hot which made half my head sting since it was burning, especially since Japanese perm means adding chemicals to your head so it made my head burn more. Charlotte was super understanding and nice about it. I wish the students would get a little bit more training before being given clients since we are spending a lot of money there. But Charlotte made the experience better. I’m for training students but I wish I got a heads up it was like she was thrown on me and Charlotte not blaming the student or Charlotte at all. Wouldn’t want a student working on me again though since I spent over $600 I want a pro

Brenna was great! The salon changed my stylist to her for this appointment. She was very nice and easy to talk to. My color and cut came out good. I’ll be scheduling with Brenna again.

I visited the salon for the first time and had the pleasure of meeting Leah. She really took the time to learn about me and did an amazing job with cutting my curly hair! I’m excited to have found her and look forward to future services Service: Haircut
