Rude staff and my gel mani chipped after 6 days. For as much as I spent I feel like they should have a guarantee for at least 2 weeks. Update after their insane response: Wow I def didn’t yell at anyone you guys are crazy. The girl was rude to me from the time I got there and when I went into get my nails done initially the other girl at the desk had an attitude. I was going to ask about it in person because I didn’t think it would be a big deal to have good customer service and make sure customers are happy with their service, but obviously you don’t care about that. What we are not going to do is make baseless accusations of me being rude and yelling cause that def didn’t happen. The girl I was getting my soak off from got an attitude with me when I asked about a guarantee of my gel manicure. I asked about it right when I sat down with her. I have been to this salon many times and typically receive excellent service with Johnny. However, today I got a manicure with someone else and was nicked 4x causing me to bleed and my gel manicure is very chunky. Will not be going back.

Clean, consistent, and comfortable are three words I would use to describe Sage. As family business with the kindest and most talented nail professionals, you're guaranteed to be taken care of with an attention to detail I haven't found anywhere else in Cleveland. Call a couple days in advance to ensure you can snag an appointment because they are busy and will not sacrifice quality to overbook. Sage is worth the prior planning, I leave feeling more confident and refreshed every time. Also, their color selection is 10/10!!! Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Manicure, Gel manicures
