One star only because I couldn’t do zero. I called to make an appointment since it’s by appointment only. She said she didn’t have the time I needed for that day so I scheduled it for the next day. When my appointment time came, I arrived 10 minutes early to see the lights off and nobody there. When I called, the lady rudely answered and said she got sick and couldn’t make it into the salon. I understand getting sick but not calling and canceling or rescheduling appointments I do not understand. I came on my lunch break and made time around coming at my scheduled appointment time. I will take my business elsewhere. So unprofessional on the phone as well.

Have been here many times and always had a good experience, went 2 months ago and they did it extremely thin even though I requested them to be kept thick. I let them grow out and went back yesterday, I told the lady yesterday how they were too thin last time and I liked the thickness they were but just wanted it cleaned up and she messed up my eyebrows so bad. I have engagement photos next weekend and not even filling them in fixes them. I’m so freaking sad and disappointed
