They lucky they got that star by default. I just went there for a film and a pedi. I waited an hour which is fine but when he called my name he told me, he can do my fill but no design just one paint color. Then said I would get my nails done then had to wait in line again another hour for my pedi. Yea right! I’m out won’t be back and will take my money elsewhere!

The customer service is absolutely horrible. Pretty much non existent. I walked in and no one greeted me or instructed me how to sign in. However, they greeted the people behind me. The racial undertones are ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anybody black in Mansfield! Instead of the man asking me if I was before someone who came after me, he pointed to me and asked the white woman were they before or after me. I would highly recommend for this place to be looked into for racism. I will definitely be filing a BBB complaint and talking to the city councilmen about how black peoples are treated here in town by other minority owned business when we are spending a vast amount of money just like the white people do. I am very disgusted!

First time getting acrylics done ever! Haha and Tan was awesome and very helpful!! This is my second time going here and it's always a great experience. I went in as a "walkin" and it was welcoming and fast. Everyone is very friendly and nice clean place! Love my nails! Looking forward to going back!
