If I could give no stars, I would. I saw they close at 8 pm. My children and I walked in at 5:32 pm, the lady rudely asked what we needed. I said I needed my daughters hair cut. She ROLLED HER EYES and said she couldn't do it today bc she was alone (there was no one waiting and only a man getting his hair buzzed). She was rude and snippy as if us coming in inconvenienced her. Don't go there.
Made an appointment days in advance to get my hair colored and highlighted. I showed up 20 minutes early in case they were able to get me in earlier. I was told by Carol that she didn't have time to do my hair. I said, "But I have an appointment." She said she's running the shop by herself and doesn't have time. What the heck...
Love My Holiday Hair ❤ Katie Is Awesome. I Had 4 Inche's Cut Off, Highlighted And Styled. I Feel Beautiful Now With A Whole New Look. The Girl's Are Very Nice And Made Me Feel Like Family And They Are So Professional. As For Me And My Hair We Are Happy And Won't Go Nowhere Else. Thank You Katie ????
