Viv ordered k tip extensions for me. I told her what length and texture that would match my hair. I have mostly 3c hair. I asked for 24inch water kinky curly hair which would be the same texture. To order hair from viv I had to pay half up front and half once it came in for a total of $585. The hair she ordered was not the correct texture. When I went in to have it installed the hair was pre blown out so I could not see the texture. About a week and a half after install when I went to wash the style to go to a curly style from a straight style the texture of the hair was wavy and completely did not match. I went in to the shop and Viv told the stylist and myself that she would order “curlier” hair because the hair she ordered that was installed was not matching. Almost two months later and viv has not replaced or refunded the hair. She is refusing to correct her mistake. Please be careful ordering any hair from viv. This is extremely bad business for offering products/ hair.

It's a beautiful place, the folks very nice! I get my nails done at the salon. The girl that does my nails is Kimberly. She's awesome and does a fantastic job! And the area where she does the Manicures and Pedicures (her area) is very beautifully decorated!
