You're treated like family here.
I will NEVER be going back. Stephanie doesn’t know what she’s doing. She put me under the dryer multiple times with lightener on my hair. My friend who is currently in beauty school said they tell her never to do that! She could’ve melted my hair off! Instead, she just bleached my hair without telling me it was going to be that light. Then when I messaged her to try and get this problem fixed, she completely ignored me. Needless to say, she doesn’t care about her customers satisfaction. Such a waste of my hard earned money to get something I’m very disappointed in. Service: Haircut
