I made an appointment to have my hair colored. This was my first time going here. I show up 10 minutes early, only to be told they can't color my hair. They said they didn't have the product they needed to color my hair. And this was after they asked me on the phone what I wanted done to my hair and what color I wanted. I drove from Wapakoneta to Lima for this appointment. Only to leave extremely disappointed and with my hair not even touched. I have never been so upset with a business.

Today I had the absolute pleasure of having Khyonna do my nails! She not only payed the closest attention to detail but she also was very kind and the vibes were immaculate!! Khyonna was thorough and thoughtful of what my needs may be while getting my nails done and her customer service was very laid back again kind and all around a 10/10!
