Aria Nail Spa

Yesterday my daughter, her friend and myself went to get our nails done. Our nails look good however the process to get them done was extremely upsetting! I actually did complain at checkout and nothing was done just for context. But to start my daughter’s friend who is 10 had her pinky nail that was acrylic pulled off instead of soaking which hurt. The technician doing my daughters nails filed her nails so hard that her skin around 3 of her nails was bleeding, he also hit her fingers with a paint brush when she wouldn’t relax because it was causing pain. I also told the man doing my daughter’s nails that she wanted gel and he took it upon himself to do dip powder instead without asking me, the parent. A technician and a customer were taking shots together in the last row because another technician brought out little cups of alcohol and after the shot the nail technician and the customer got up to get a drink of water and a sprite. When I went to check out the lady said it would be $16

Had my daughter's nails done. She decided on gel polish. The inside was clean and organized. Nail tech was polite and did a great job. Their pricing for kids nails is great for thr work they do.

To say I was disappointed is an understatement I am beyond upset ???? the man that did my nails was not interested or listening or maybe evening understanding what I was say…I told him I had a tip on middle right finger and I don’t want another tip! I told I want them short but damn…and already cracking. I asked him was they cut so short and say I put tips on them. I was like hmm NO! Just so upset and I will not be returning!
