PENZONE Salon + Spa Polaris

I revisited with stylist, Aldina yesterday, and she dyed my hair. When I went in to get hair dyed, I was hoping the color was close to what I selected; however, the color came out amazing and was more than I expected bc it really popped. Aldina really knows her craft and does it very well. I recd a cut and blow out also, and again, both services were really on point. My hat goes off to her. She also is a people person and really makes you feel comfortable. My fiancé feels the same about his cut.

Aldina is the best hair stylist I've ever gone to. Every time I leave her chair I feel beautiful! Not only does she make all your hair dreams come true, but she is so sweet. I plan on making a trip to see her sometime again in the very near future!

Absolute worst service I’ve ever received in any hair salon in the world. I had hair dye sit in my hair for just about an hour as my stylist was doing foils on another customer and didn’t think to get a colleague to wash my hair or let me know she didn’t forget about me. I had to go and find her myself and was told that it didn’t matter how long the colour stayed in my hair… Instead of apologizing she wanted to argue! No consideration for my time either as I had booked an hour appointment- not a full day of sitting with chemicals burning my scalp. When she finally got to me, she didn’t let the toner sit long enough and said she would offer her service for free. Instead the front desk offered me a 20% discount… and when I asked for a receipt the salon added a haircut charge!!!! ???? Zero customer service, zero respect. When you’re at fault, can’t manage your time and then try to charge me for a service I never received- unacceptable. My roots are now super dark and I didn’t get a prope
