Stella and Shay is by far the nicest salon in Cleveland! All of the girls are extremely talented and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy! The new location in Westlake is beautiful. If you haven’t checked it out yet - what are you waiting for?!

I’ve gotten my nails done here a handful of times and have always been happy with the service! If you find a picture of nail art that you like, they’ll do it for you and it always turns out so great! They’ve also been very safe with COVID-friendly rules in place. (Masks/distancing) Would recommend!

I had an appointment with Kristen Mee. I had the best experience and was happy to book another appointment with her at the salon. My former stylist had a baby last fall and didn't resume any work with clients. I have been to multiple salons on the west side searching for a new "home" and never felt fully comfortable. From the minute I walked in to the moment I walked out the door, I felt valued, respected, and appreciated. I walked out with a total confidence boost! Kristen was professional, took her time in our consultation, and asked a lot of questions to find out what I wanted and how I manage my hair (and listened to my answers). She's also adorable and very personable, which is a huge bonus. I am extremely happy with my hair and the service I experienced.
