I'm a long time customer I had great service from Lateefah When she left, I transitioned to Leah who is very good Where is Leah ? I don't see her anymore ? Where is she gone to ? Why is the store closed today ? Looks the are going in several changes ...
This place I thought was going to be great, since I’ve never had a problem at super cuts. I took my 12 year old daughter and she completely butchered her hair. Cut her bangs so short and blunt she looked like Jim Carey off dumb and dumber. My daughter cried her eyes out upon leaving, which btw, the woman charged 55$ for a haircut and blow dry. I ended Up taking her to SPORTS CLIPS( yes the place for men) and the stylist fixed her hair and made it look exactly like the picture. She also told me to go back and get my money. Unbelievable! I would give them 0 stars if possible. Especially considering we had a picture with us for reference .UPDATE the owner did reach out to me and refunded my money. I was very surprised and happy to see that.
Kim at Supercuts on Far Hills is the BEST! She listened to what I wanted & my hair is fabulous! She was kind, sweet & funny, and I left the shop in an excellent mood. THANKS, Kim, so much!!! Service: Haircut
