Luminous Nail Spa 3

First and foremost, I am a big proponent of customer service. Prior to visiting this nail salon, I called to see if they were able to provide dip powder services for my nails and gel polish change for my toes. It was 20 minutes before the business closed but I was told that if I could make it within 10 minutes, I would be able to receive both services. Upon my arrival, the young lady at the receptionist desk had me check in and select a color. While I was selecting, a color, a nail tech named Johnny came over to me and said “hurry up” we are about to close. Of course I looked at him and said OK. Once I selected a color, I walked over to his table. and asked him if he could shape my nails ???????? (ballerina shape). Johnny immediately looked at me and said, “I’m not doing your nails”! I’m assuming all because I asked if he could shape my nails the way that I like them. A nail technician named Cee Cee saw what transpired and offer to do my nails. I asked if she could also do a polish ch

when I first came in I showed the guy the design & asked if he could do it and he said yes. when it came down to do the stars he said it wasn’t going to work and he had to do it by hand, he also could not do the color i picked because it “wouldn’t show up.” it was black on white. after he was done I had to ask him to fix up the stars multiple times & this was the best he could do. as someone who has been doing nails for years stars are hard to mess up. it was $120 for everything they were able to do but didn’t.. after having my nails done for three days I came back in because two of them fell off. A man acted as if I should’ve known what color it was, and the exact number it was under. He laughed in my face and was very rude and said that he couldn’t fix it and turned away! Then another lady who was very nice filled in two of my nails with a different color. He was absolutely rude will never go back to him again!!!!!!!! You can tell which two were replaced ???? Service: Acrylic nails
