937 Salon and Spa

Always great services. The quality of staff is impeccable—even if your haircut didn’t come out as expected, they always find a way to make it right. The owner is regularly on site and has a really positive environment with good people.

I was initially pleased with 937 salon and spa's pleasant staff and the atmosphere of the building was nice too. I used a gift certificate I had received for my Birthday there. However after two good visits and services last week, I made a third appointment for a manicure, knowing that the receptionist Hannah couldn't guarantee the tech to do a French manicure, so I kept the appointment anyway. Nevertheless, after several failed attempts this week to contact by phone on two separate numbers listed for the salon, leaving at least two voicemails, and lastly making two visits finding out they are completely closed during days and hours they should be open, I was trying to inform the business or try to speak to someone way ahead of the 48-hour notice that I need to cancel my August 31st appointment. No one ever contacted back acknowledging that they received my missed calls or voicemails to cancel the appointment. Unfortunately, I will not return to this salon any longer. This business is

Megan years ago killed it on my hair. Recent experience with KIERA! She did a phenomenal job on my cut! You can tell she pays attention to details. She gave me bangs & they're perfect. New girl for haircuts! Plus she's fun to talk too (;
