I have been going to Options for over 20 years and have utilized a variety of their services. All of my experiences have been very positive. Most recently Becca has been cutting and coloring my hair. She is great with making short cuts fun and always listens to what I want even if I can’t explain it well. I always walk out of Options feeling satisfied with the service, environment, and staff. Michelle Smart has been my cut and color specialist for years, and I'm so grateful! Every time I leave the salon, I swear my hair turns out even better than the last. Michelle is not only a fantastic person, but she is really in tune with how my hair will take certain colors and thinks even to how it will grow out over time. Options Salon & Spa is SO clean and lovely. I really can't get over how bright and lively the place can be, even on a weeknight! The staff are friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. The setup of the salon is really functional for all the services they provide. I LOVE waiting for my highlights to process while sitting in their quiet spa space, listening to the peaceful spa music on a comfy couch. Overall, five stars! I often times make last minute appointments, never knowing my schedule, and Samantha, Barb, and Jenny, who answer the phones at Options are always so accommodating and helpful! Thank you for always working with me and my crazy schedule. I have had micro blading on my eyebrows and holy cow Missy does a spectacular job! They look amazing! Celinda cut my hair today and it so fresh and light now. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the entire staff at Options. I am so grateful that this Salon exists to keep up on all the maintenance I need. If I forgot to mention anyone I apologize! Oh and Annie for a massage...she is magical.
