Talking Mirrors Salon

Very poor customer service! I have called twice and spoke to 2 different people who told me someone would call to schedule an appointment. It has now been a month since my 1st phone call and no one has ever called me back. The 2nd call I made I was told she personally didn't have any appointments available for 4 weeks however I was never offered to be put on the appointment book for a future appointment and again no phone call from anyone to set up a appointment. Apparently these mirrors don't talk to new customers!

Always a good result when I have my hair done here. Ashley is a great stylist and an awesome colorist.

First time there for color and cut with Ashley. She did a great job, very pleased with the color.
