Jordyn was wonderful! I explained all of what I thought were issues with my hair and she reassured me that my hair wasn't in terrible shape! She was honest about my hair and what it needed. I’m a brand new client to Jordyn, but I will certainly be back! The salon was exactly what I’m looking for!

Poor time management. I scheduled an appointment for an all over color and a hair cut for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I got there on time. Once I sat down in the styling chair, I was told I only had 30 minutes. No one had contacted me about this whatsoever before hand. So I figured what the heck, just do the hair cut. I asked for layers, and all they did was give me curtain bangs and halfway trimmed off my dead ends. The stylist kept telling me how my layers would pop once it dried. What layers? They threw some product in there and called it a day. A majority of the time was taken washing my hair it seemed like, and another worker was called over to shave my undercut. I spent $50 on this. I also felt like I was being treated like a road block? I have extremely thick, poofy, dark brown hair, and there was a lot of hesitation on what needed to be done. It made me feel bad. I had to hold in my anger and frustration, so I just kept quiet and left. I’m very disappointed, if they didn’t have time

Lindsey was amazing! Today was a consultation appointment. She was so kind, listened to what I really want and gave me the perfect option i need, I absolutely will come back for my hair color and can’t wait until see her again to start changing my hair color to what i hope to see it
