PENZONE Salon + Spa Dublin

I have been a client for literally decades. I have never missed an appointment. I was ill with the flu/covid and instead of coming to the salon and infecting the staff I called and told them I was sick. Several hours before my appointment. The policy on the website states that they MAY charge for late cancellation. The girl i talked to did not mention the cancellation policy or the big $$ she was going to charge me for being sick. So they took a look at my decades long history and decided to charge me the late fee??? The late fee is half of the service - which with a senior director is almost $100!! Yes I was charged $92.50 for being sick. Beware of this place. Don’t give them your credit card. This practice of charging late fees will cost clients for sure. I tried to contact them. No phone call back. And did not return my message. Good bye Penzones. Looking for a new place now.

very poor customer service! I was prepared to sink acouple grand in gift card for the holiday season, but upon arrival was treated like a second class citizen. They judged a book by the cover and now I will never spend another dollar with them.

I saw Quinn at Dublin for an Ombré. The appointment was rushed and this was the result. This place is too expensive to walk out feeling guilty for asking for better and receiving poor customer service. I have seen Martha in the past and she is fantastic! If you don’t know how to do a certain hair technique, seek assistance.
