Services Received: -Basic Haircut (w/wash) -Deep Conditioning I'm going to break down my review into parts: Environment: Super welcoming and relaxing. Loved all the natural lighting and plants. Service/Hairstylist: I booked with Jeri and she was so great! I hadn't been to a hair salon in about 7 years and my hair was very long and damaged. She really listened to me and pretty much gave me total control of what would happen to my hair, haha (for example, I had about a foot of split ends and she mentioned she wouldn't even cut all of it off if I didn't feel comfortable with it). She also gave me product recommendations and advice on how to take care of my hair, which was much appreciated!! Parking: Honestly, this was the ONLY downside, but it is 100% my fault. I don't often go downtown and when I do, my husband is usually the one driving. I think there was also an event going on downtown so it was a little hard to find street parking. 10/10 - Amazing salon! Kelby is the absolute best.
From the moment I stepped inside I felt relaxed and at ease. I kicked back and enjoyed an adult beverage from their fridge while taking in the lovely decor and all their beautiful plants soaking up the natural light. Kelby did an absolutely fantastic job, (she really listened to me and my needs and helped me figure out what I wanted) and I felt so pampered the whole time!
