RUDE. They do a good job but are RUDE. They cancelled my appt at 748pm due to a stylist being sick - which I get, it happens. They wanted me to wait 6 months for another appt when I've had this one scheduled for 8 months. I tried to understand why I had to wait 6 months when they were the ones who cancelled it & was told I was being rude and to find another salon. REALLY? Service: Haircut

I have been going to this salon for 3 years and drive 1.5 hours both ways for appointments. I haven't had a problem until my most recent visit. I normally don't write reviews, but this bad experience overshadows the few good ones. The stylists do a good job, but the customer service is horrible when it comes to handling criticism about your service. My cousin emailed the owner telling him that it was upsetting getting charged $95 for a style and cut, when I only got a dry cut(picture attached). It's absurd to pay that much money for a trim that took 15 minutes and an updo that takes 30 seconds to do. When we called, the response we got from the owner was that he disagrees and thinks that the price is fair, basically telling us that the way we felt about the service I received is WRONG and nothing was done to make up for my dissatisfaction.
