I am giving my experiences three stars for a few reasons. 1. They use soy wax which requires waxing paper to remove and I have never had a brazillian wax that has hurt so bad as a result. You can get a wax from European Wax Center for the same price with substaintally less pain. If my waxer used hard wax then I would have given 4 stars easily since the experience itself wasn't bad and my waxer played great music during the experience. 2. My wax started 15 minutes late and I just felt like this was unprofessional. Again, my waxer was fine overall, but she was late since her friend came for her appointment late which was disappointing to have found out. Overall, I doubt I'll be a return customer. This isn't because of my waxer. It is strictly because of the wax that they use. Service: Brazilian waxing

I’ve been coming to Beauty Room for years and am finally leaving a review because I always have the best experiences here. I’ve been to Franchesca and Raquel several times and always gotten exactly what I was hoping for. They’re professional and make a great atmosphere. I booked a gel manicure with Yasmine for the first time and finally just got my nails redone a month later because they were still literally perfect. Not a single chip or mark. If my nails hadn’t grown out I could’ve kept them forever. Definitely worth a visit!! Service: Gel manicures

Josh did my nails for my brothers wedding and they were perfect! He helped me pick the color and they’ve stayed perfect 7 days. Nails pictured are on day 7!
