Supercuts

Tried calling I had and no answer so I stopped by The woman inside informs me that the phone sometimes works sometimes doesn't so apparently it's a known problem that they don't care to take care of. If you can't keep your phone working then I kind of question your ability to cut hair or certify your staff

There were two people doing hair cuts, one I assume was a professional, the other was a student and talked about the different things that they were learning and how much he enjoyed the classes. But when it came the services given to me, I was not pleased, not enough shampoo to wash my hair properly and they did not wash the back of my head enough where my hair is thickest to satisfy me. The conditioner was put on heavy and not rinsed off good enough. Now the hair cut, was not at all what I asked for. I requested that they give me feathering on the sides and cut across the middle of my ears so that just the bottoms were showing. Neither of these were done. No feathering and chunks taken out each side near my ears. I also asked for the back to be shortened to collar length. This was attempted but they said something about balancing and evening my hair, I ended up with the middle back being too high and the sides of the back cut at odd angles and I had to literally ask them to quit cutti

Place had no body waiting and 2 people working but didn't want to give a kids haircut without an appointment. Girl asked if I had an appointment I said no. It was for a simple little boys haircut. She looked at me in disgust and I walked out. If you have an issue with walk ins then don't advertise it. She could have been polite to me and my child but chose not to. Will never step foot back in this place there are to many better salons surrounding it. Go to west park barbershop MEN specially if you need an appt for a haircut.
