Man I had high expectations for this place and it was a real let down. I wish I had half the positive experience these high reviewers had! To start, they get your credit card information to secure an appointment and if you miss it, they charge you. This was a first for me, but hey, I understand the frustrations of no-shows. Anyways, when I called for my appointment, I asked if they have experience cutting long hair and they said yes, a lot of their clients have long hair. When I get there, I was given a really young stylist. Right from the beginning, I wanted to leave, but I felt like I would be charged if I did not get a haircut since they already had my credit card info. When the person before me left, the stylist barely cleaned the chair and the lady's hair was all over the chair. I thought it was pretty unhygienic on their part and I was disgusted when I sat in the chair, full of the lady's hair. I proceeded to tell the stylist what I wanted, a layered haircut and bangs. Elise was my stylist. Made me feel very comfortable and told me about the process step by step. Showed an interest in me. Great personality! Looking forward to working with her again.

Prices are very fair and reasonable. Excellent stylists, very professional and comfortable to chat with. I've done extreme changes with them, minor changes, maintenance, etc. They're knowledgeable and helpful (and patient!) if you want help figuring out what'd work best for your hair / preferences. Beck had been my go-to for nearly a decade. She's really chill and down to earth while doing really beautiful work. I've recently worked with Allyse, who is just as wonderful.
