Exodus Hair and Barber Lounge

I came here for a blowout bc my work was getting headshots done and I work close to downtown. The customer service was nice but I left with hair that was still wet and starting to frizz (aka the exact opposite of what I was paying for). I couldn't believe how bad it was -- it honestly looked better when I walked in. They also used 6-8 different products which has never happened for me with a blowout before -- it's always been zero or 1-2 products at most to allow for a smooth, healthy, natural finish. I rescheduled the headshot because my hair was so bad. Waste of money, but at least they were nice. If management is reading, I'd recommend letting clients see their styling in progress (because my head was turned away from the mirror the whole time and then the stylist spun me around at the end for a dramatic TA-DA finish lol). I would have interrupted much sooner had I been able to see that her understanding of what a "classic blowout" was way off the mark. Service: Blowouts

My husband and I both go here regularly. We see Brittany and couldn’t be happier!! She listens to you and takes her time to ensure you are happy with the services. I don’t think there is a better barber in Cleveland than Exodus Hair. I began going there when I lived in Cleveland, and loved it so much I would drive up 2 and a half hours from school to get my hair cut and beard trimmed. I’m sad that I have to move but glad I got my hair cut and lineups done at Exodus. I highly recommend going here!
