Abstract-A Hair Salon

Severely disappointed with my experience with Jordan. I’m new to Cleveland and decided to try abstract after reading reviews. I came in to cut 8in off my hair which we found I could donate 8in, she “eye-balled” this and didn’t use a ruler. Needless to say my hair is much much shorter than I wanted with her taking >11in off my hair. She soaked my shirt through with the wash, and then they told me to leave with wet hair even though I booked a wash, cut, and style. Letting people leave with wet hair is not something I have ever encountered getting my hair cut. She then blamed whoever booked my haircut for not booking a blow dry on top of it, and had some other stylist dry my hair. She did not sterilize her combs in between, just so disappointing and terrible after waiting so long to get a haircut. Good news with this super short hair I won’t have to get one for a while. I won’t be going back.

Cindy, Jordan and Lizzie were the best! My mother was in town for surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and they squeezed her in just before closing. My mother was thrilled with her cut and style and can now have a simple and easy look that works with the physical limitations after open heart surgery during healing. They also worked with her to donate the length removed for cancer patient wigs. Awesome people, awesome place.

LOVE LOVE LOVE I cannot say enough about how much I love this salon & Nicole. I always feel very welcome & important when I walk into Abstract A. Nicole is amazing at her job. She has an amazing vision & I trust her. She has such a great personality & I love sitting & talking to her. I've never felt so good about someone doing my hair as I do with Nicole.
