Queen City Salon and Spa

It was my first time at Queen City Salon and Spa (I live in Hawaii, but was in Cincinnati visiting) and my experience was great. I have been getting facials for years, and Sam was AMAZING. She did an outstanding job. She was very kind, and knowledgeable of what she was doing. She also gives an incredible massage during the facial! I highly recommend Sam. I have been to the salon four times now and I love it here! It’s cute and on the small side so its not overwhelming for those who get anxiety about big salons or big spaces. I have always felt welcomed and anyone who is there at the salon while you are at your appointment will talk to you the whole time. I got a manicure from Alyssa and she was very sweet. I just got a pedicure done by Sam and she is the sweetest and instantly made me feel welcomed. We talked the whole time and made me feel at home. Lovely facial experience with Jennie! Very relaxing, enjoy the laid back yet refined vibe of Queen City Spa. Will definitely return next time I’m in town and make a day of it.
