Halo Salon

I get a wash and blowout. Stella runs a very orderly salon. I make an appointment and I am always seen at my appointment time, and I am done within an hour or so. The stylists and other staff are very professional but still friendly.

Extremely disappointed in this salon. I called in the morning asking for an appointment because I wanted a haircut. The woman on the phone said they could give me a 2:15 appointment. I was excited since this place has good reviews and I was able to get a same day appointment. I get there at 2:10 and sat down waiting to be seen. I wasn't seen until 2:50. 35 minutes after the scheduled appointment. I asked for layers and side swept bangs. She starts to cut my hair and then 5 minutes after says that we're done. I ask, where are the layers and she says they're in the back. I stated that I wanted layers all around. She says that she didn't cut it shorter because it wouldn't look right when the hair is curly. Even though I specifically stated that I style my hair straight. And my "bangs" were maybe half an inch shorter than the rest of my hair which isn't bangs. The only thing that was done that I asked for was the trim to make my hair even. That's it. They completely ignored what I asked fo

I got full color and a cut from Halo. After about 2 weeks I had grey hair back. It was as if I never got color done. I emailed the salon and got no response. One would think after $170 the color would last. I’m better off getting a box of color , it would last longer.. Service: Haircut
