I have so much to say about the wonderful Tomy and his business!!! I walked in and him and everyone else knew my hair needed help. It looked and felt dead, dry, no shine or style to it. My products were harming my hair and the stylist I formerly used as well as medication switches. I whole heartedly trusted Tomy because I could instantly see he truly wanted to help me.
