I had a great experience at the Cuse Curlfriend's Salon. Shakera created an open dialogue for me to feel comfortable to ask questions and learn about my hair. Especially, when it came to giving my hair a trim/cut. She asked about my level of comfort and listened to my wants and concerns. She also suggested some modifications for me to do my hair at home since I have an injury. All in all, the Cuse Curlfriend is a wonderful gem I discovered in Syracuse, since there are very few natural hair care services here. I definitely would recommend booking a session if anyone wants to learn more about caring for their Black natural hair from someone who is knowledgeable and experienced.
