If I could give this company a zero I would! The owner is incredibly rude and uncooperative. I purchased a massage as a gift for someone who has very little time, and on the day of the massage, the owner cancelled it because the person who was supposed to do the massage never showed up. He attempted to reschedule it several weeks out which would not work. Instead of apologizing and doing something to compensate for the last minute cancellation, he instead tried to schedule it way out which was not going to work. When I told him that was not good enough and that it was a birthday present, he basically told me that since I purchased it on Groupon that I was out of luck. The person I bought this for also purchased one for her boyfriend so they could have it on the same day. And, you'll love this, because this "person" said we were rude to him, poor baby, that he was going to keep both our payments...just out of spite. So there. Oh really??? Guess again. First time facial experience for me. And it was a great experience. I will be there more often. Everything is clean and comfortable as if I was at home. I highly recommended this for anyone. It's great and affordable. Robert has great hands soft and surprisingly strong. Keep up the good work Robert!
