My experience was amazing!! I didn't get a haircut, but a facial by Lynn. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable, provided a refreshing beverage, and was extremely knowledgable about the products. I felt RELAXED from start to end. Besides the facial. The salon has a very industrial/rustic feeling to it. Which I love. I would def recommend any of the services here.

Had my haircut with Louie last week. He's a very nice guy and easy to get along with and really took his time. However, I ended up leaving with a haircut that isn't what I asked for. I also went in wanting to buy a matte paste that is similar to what I have been using for years, and was convinced to try something different and am really not liking it. Overall it was so/so. EDIT 9/11/19: I just wanted to add an addendum to my original review. The manager called me the day after I posted and I was very pleased with how they resolved this.
