Jeanne, the owner, has been cutting my hair for quite a long time and I continue to go to Emerald City because of the quality of the cut as well as the friendly, professional atmosphere. It's a pretty salon and very clean. Services are reasonably priced and I love that, if my cut is early in the day, I can get that second cup of coffee! A great place! Service: Haircut
