Element on Water

I came in for a trim and got exactly that and more. Kimberli was so nice and attentive and made sure i was doin good throughout the whole process. My hair smells amazing and looks even better, feels refreshed which is exactly what i wanted:) would highly recommend this location! Below are the before and after pictures.

Element on Water When I left this salon, I felt humiliated like never before. I took a few days to calm down and put things into perspective before writing this review. This is a very unprofessional salon. I showed up on time for my appointment with Annmarie. I checked in and waited for 30 min. before I expressed my discomfort with the wait time. Annmarie continued to do the previous customer’s hair. After another 25 min. wait time, Annmarie came to me to say, “I’m sorry.” When I asked her how we were going to resolve this, she called the owner who tried to cover up everything by saying they weren’t aware that I was there –almost blaming it on me. 55-minute wait time and the customer is to blame! This place will charge your credit card $150 if you are late or don’t show up, but they will make you wait for 55 minutes, blame it on you, and have you walk away without a haircut and your whole day ruined. Nice place, friendly stylist... but I walked in the door on time for my appointment and was not even acknowledged or greeted... After 20 + MINUTES someone finally came over to me! It was awkward and not a good impression. Service: Haircut
