I tagged along with my friend. She specifically said that she only wanted a blowout multiple times but the hair stylist kept insisting that she straightened her hair too. It is not respectful at all to keep pressuring a client on treatments when the client has expressed that they don't want it because it would damage their hair (straightening has damaged her hair in the past).
Horrible customer service. Never going there again. When you’re asking questions about your hair or the type of service your getting they completely ignore you. Service: Hairstyling
