I love Elvira who gives a fantastic massage. Here's the issue...BEWARE OF THEIR PRICING, when I called to make the appointment, I specifically discussed the pricing for a one-hour massage promo for Tuesdays & Thursday on their website to be $60. The technician/receptionist confirmed the price on their website was correct; $60 massage promo on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A haircut $80 if I schedule with Giovanni. I decided to just do the massage and booked for Thursday @ 3pm with Elvira. When paying my bill, I was presented with a $70 charge for massage plus tax. I questioned why the price change when quoted $60 & per their website it clearly states $60. The response was poor to say the least. I was advised that the website was old and not updated and that it hasn't been $60 for some time. That may be a reason but NO EXCUSE for overcharging a client when quoted a price. I am a licensed hairdresser and been in the business myself as stylist, manager & owner. GET IT STRAIGHT MANCINI

I started coming here because I had a spa card to give it a try. Then I was hooked! Elvira is the best! She gives the best facials and massages. The 90 minute facial with massage is so worth it! She is professional and pampers your skin beautifully! I love that she chats amicably with you, but she also knows when you just want silence to relax. I so look forward to my facials with her! My skin has never been so glowing. Thank you Elvira for doing such a terrific job! Service: Skin treatments
