Had my hair done by Giovanni. I asked for honey blonde balayage and a haircut. I was there for 4 hours and received highlights and the color wasn’t even. I had caramel pieces in the front and towards the black it was super blonde. One side was also more blonde than the other. They style your hair all nice and curl it before you leave to deceive the actual color and make it look even. I washed my hair the next day and it was so dry, clumps were falling out. That’s when I realized the color was so uneven plus I have all flyaways on the top of my head. They kept me under the heat lamp for over 30 minutes! My hair has never needed heat before to lift. Their prices are more expensive than Manhattan, and I paid 300 for burnt hair basically. I had to pay to get it fixed in the city (they added toner to even the color and make it darker AND I needed a conditioning treatment because my hair was so dry).
