Courtney is amazing!!! She is excellent with color!!! She is personable and just overall very nice. I tend to really like short hair....and even though she loves cutting long hair she still does an amazing job on knowing what I like :-) The place overall is very nice. I also did facials there....which are amazing!!!

Absolutely the most unprofessional Salon EVERRRRR!!!! I don't want to call this place discriminating, but that's how I honestly felt or maybe its just that they have the worst customer service ever !!!. three months ago I went to this salon to get a quote on how much they would charge me to dye my hair and hair extensions the girl in the front told me $290+ I said to her it was ok as long as they would leave it the way I wanted it. I explained to the girl I needed a late apt because I live in Brooklyn and I come out of work at 5pm, so she gave me a 6:30pm. The day of my appointment when I was on my way there was crazy traffic because they were taking down the toll booths to install the camera. so I had called the salon at 5:30pm and I told them I was going to be 15 minutes late if that was ok and I explained to the receptionist I was coming from Brooklyn to please Let me know I didn't want to pay the toll for no reason she told me it was ok as long I was there before 7pm I said yes I

It is pricey, but worth it. I had the Brazilian straightening when they had a promotion. My stylist was Stephanie. She was courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable. I will definitely return for a haircut. The place was busy, and as I watched the other stylist’s work, I was impressed. They didn’t have many lines they were retailing. They do skin and hair.
